This was one of the best car buying experiences ever!  Carlos Rodriguez was amazing to work with!  Would highly recommend him.  Kash the finance guy was great! Every dealership is there to make money.  Do your due diligence though.  They are willing to work with you on price. We drove from San Antonio to check out - and buy - a pre-owned Subaru Forester.  We were in contact with Gary (sales manager) for a couple of days before we went (we had to wait until the weekend), and he was amazingly helpful, professional, warm, and welcoming.  When we arrived, Steven (one of the salesmen) was waiting for us to show us the car; he was also extremely helpful, welcoming, and all the things!  They detailed the car that day after fixing some cracks in the windshield and the middle console, and driving it home was a dream!!  ...Except that the airbag sensor came on somewhere along the way.  Gary called us around the time we got home to make sure we made the trip safely; when I let him know about the airbag sensor, he was definitely concerned.  It never turned off, so he ordered a replacement part, had us come back the next weekend, and gave us a really nice rental car for the day while they fixed sensor issue, free of charge.  He even paid for our lunch!  Karla (in Service) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient - willing to go the extra mile when my son forgot his charging cord in the car.\nI've already recommended Superior Subaru to a few friends - especially if they're willing to make the drive from here.  I loved our experience!
